At the Casa de Vinos restaurant, this month we have selected Spanish cuisine to take you on a gastronomic journey through the flavors of the Iberian Peninsula.

The first dish on the menu is Lamb in romesco sauce – slow cooked lamb with almonds, peppers, tomatoes and onions. Romesco sauce, characteristic of Catalan cuisine, adds complexity to the flavor of the lamb, providing a combination of the juiciness of the meat and the richness of the almonds.

Next is a real Spanish experience – Paella for two people. The baked combination of rice, gambor and chicken with vegetables in saffron sauce brings the authentic taste of Spain to your table.

The third course, Gambas al Ajillo, presents gambores fried in olive oil with garlic and herbs. This simple but delicious combination provides a real explosion of sea aromas and spices.

For a sweet ending, we offer you Churros – sweet and fried dough in the form of oblong sticks, covered with melted chocolate and sprinkled with coconut. This is an irresistible treat that will satisfy your sweet tooth.
