Associations with Austria are numerous. In addition to the blue Danube, Mozart and waltzes, Austria is known for its delicious and varied cuisine.
Therefore, to this list of associations is added: Wiener schnitzel, strudels, dumplings, various dishes of fish and different meat seasoned with sauces and side dishes that are a real eruption of taste.
Dumplings can be both salty and sweet, we have prepared a traditional Austrian one as part of the meal: “Knödel mit spinat und speck” – dumplings with spinach and bacon. An unusual combination that will delight you.
If you still want something stronger, there is “Wiener saftgulasch” – Viennese beef stew with dumplings.
The famous Mozart balls and Sacher cake are world famous and typical for this country when it comes to sweets, but the people of Austria still prefer one delicacy – “Apfelkuchen”. It is a cake with an apple, which is considered the cake of the people, and it is said that there is no house in Austria where this cake was not prepared. We can prepare exactly this delicacy, seasoned with plum jam and walnuts.
