- The condition is a minimum of three nights and the possibility of booking 30.12.2023 – 02.01.2024 or 31.12.2023 – 03.01.2024.
- In order to confirm the reservation, it is necessary to pay an advance payment of 50% of the total amount of the pro-invoice, upon receipt
of the estimate, and the rest no later than 7 days before the arrival of the guests in the accommodation. - For reservations made after 12/20/22, full payment is required

cards: Visa, Master, Maestro, Dina Card, American Express. Advance payment
from abroad to a foreign currency account, where bank charges go to

- Residence tax/reception service for adults is RSD 120.00 per person, per
day - Residence tax/reception service for children 7-15 years. is RSD 60.00 per
per person, per day, children up to 7 years old do not pay residence tax/reception fee

service - Sojourn tax – fee paid by guests staying in apartments whose
are owners of legal entities - Additional charge for breakfast is RSD 900.00 for adults, per person, per day, and for children
4-12 years is RSD 450.00 per person, per day. Breakfast is for children up to 4 years old
free. - The stay of pets is allowed with a special request at the time of booking
reservations, considering that we have a limited number of five friendly apartments.
Pets with a maximum weight of 8 kg are allowed and a fee for this service is charged
is RSD 3,200.00 for the entire stay, per pet.
Cancellation Policy:
- Change of arrival or departure date or any other change or cancellation
reservations are only possible in writing and are valid only with
written confirmation of our reception. - Free cancellation of the reservation can be done in writing, with a minimal amount
15 days before arrival. Reservations made after 12/20/23 are void
